On the menu:
- Papa Luna- Bodega El Escocés Volante - Spain: 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan. A wine full of freshness, marked by notes of black fruit, cracked pepper and supple tannins.
- La Gloire de mon Père - Château Tour des Gendres - France - 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Malbec - 25% Merlot - 5% Cabernet Franc. Notes of minty licorice and blackberries. Barrel-aged for structure and fine, silky tannins.
