It's Saturday Tastings time again at Mig's!

This Saturday, we welcome Delphine from MacajouX Sélections, who will be presenting a gin and three whiskies:
 

Sky Wave - Old Tom : rooted in the British Old Tom tradition, this gin develops lemony, spicy aromas and a honeyed sweetness characteristic of the style.

Ardnamurchan AD/07.21:05 : from the eponymous distillery, this whisky, made from peated and unpeated malted barley, presents notes of orchard fruit, minerality and delicate peat.

Maclean's Nose : Ardnamurchan's accessible blend, with more assertive peat, notes of ripe fruit, caramel and sweet spices, all with a lovely roundness.

Mac-Talla 'Mara' : an Islay single malt (the distillery is not revealed), aged in bourbon casks only and bottled brut de fût. The peat is powerful but well-integrated, as are the saline and exotic-fruit aromas!
